Boxing Academy Builds Confidence with Sweat
Wilmington, North Carolina has a new boxing gym. The 23rd Psalm Boxing Academy caters to disadvantaged kids, using the sport as a means for developing self-discipline.
"The non-profit gym has a $15 monthly membership fee, but [Deryll] McCaskill stressed that no kids will be turned away if they can't afford the payments."The gym first opened in February and hopes to improve the lives of the lives of the kids who participate in the boxing program.
